​Halotherapy is exposure to dry salt that is infused into the room and inhaled to clear the respiratory system. Dry salt is antibacterial, antiviral and absorbent, actively killing bacteria and viruses to reduce inflammation.

*A limited number of drums will be provided, but please bring yours if you have them. There will be backless stools and beach towels to sit on.
